Gong pointed out that as a result, TP-LINK is building tight alliances with channel partners and developing distributors so that they can start to position their business functions as service providers for reseller partners. “We’ve also complemented this channel push by hiring a local senior channel manager to oversee the sales team, improve and develop our partner programme,” he said. “In addition, we hired technical staff who will manage a series of training sessions on technical knowledge, product information and key selling point for our solutions.”
Gong added that the company has done well in ensuring that retail partners are well trained and in the coming months, the aim is to raise the service the traditional reseller partners receive. “We are happy with the brand acceptance in the Egyptian.
