The Traffic Engineering and Road Surveillance branches at the Al Ain Traffic Engineering and Road Safety Department of the Abu Dhabi Police Traffic and Patrols Directorate have moved to their new headquarters. The new headquarters are located in Falaj Hazzaa in Al Ain, and are just opposite of the old building.
Brigadier Khalifa Mohammed Mubarak Al Khaili, Head of the Traffic and Road Safety Engineering Department at the Abu Dhabi Police Traffic and Patrols Directorate, said: “The decision to move the headquarters to the new location involves the intention to improve both the quality and transactions of all of the services provided to the customers.”
“The new building enables customers to simply complete all of their procedures in one location- saving them both time and effort,” he said. Brigadier Al Khaili additionally elaborated on the keenness of the UAE government to not only be attentive to the needs of society, but to also provide a good quality of life to its citizens and residents. The relocation to the new headquarters embodies the strategy of the Ministry of Interior by providing excellent services in accordance with the best international standards in order to enhance customer satisfaction and increase public confidence in the services provided.
