The Abu Dhabi Police Music Band concluded its performances in the German Capital, Berlin, with a diverse and festive participation at the famous Alexanderplatz square in Berlin.
The German public flocked to the famous square to enjoy the unique performances of the Abu Dhabi Police Music Band, take commemorative pictures, and participate in the traditional Emirati dances. The public was in awe with the extraordinary skills of the Abu Dhabi Police Music Band, which performed traditional Emirati music with modern western instruments.
The attending German public and music lovers expressed gratitude for the Abu Dhabi Police Music Band for granting them the wonderful opportunity to learn about the original Emirati heritage.
The Police Music Band had recently participated in the Berlin Military Music Festival “Berlin Tattoo” 2014, which was held in Berlin, Federal Republic of Germany; where it amazed the German public by performing the famous German Military March.
The Abu Dhabi Police Music Band also took part in the ceremony hosted by the UAE Embassy in Berlin to mark Flag Day. The ceremony was attended by a large number of officials and diplomats. H.E Juma Mubarak Al Junaibi, UAE Ambassador to Germany, praised the efforts of the Abu Dhabi Police Music Band in illustrating a distinct image of the UAE heritage and of the cultural and Arabic and Gulf music. H.E additionally lauded the band’s creativity during the Berlin Military Music Festival “Berlin Tattoo” 2014, having impressed the German public with their beautiful musical performances.
