A number of police departments at the Ministry of Interior (MoI) organized religious lectures as part of the Holy Month of Ramadan program, in which a number of Their Graces, the guests of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, provided lessons and sermons for the Holy Month. The Ministry, represented by the Public Relations Department and in cooperation with the Emirates Women Police Association (EWPA), also organized the ‘Iftar Meals’ initiative throughout the Holy Month of Ramadan for Asian communities, as well as the ‘Ramadan Basket’ initiative for the needy.
