HE Major General Mohammed Khalfan Al Rumaithi, Commander-in-Chief of Abu Dhabi Police visited the different pavilions at the International Exhibition for Security and National Resilience (ISNR Abu Dhabi 2016). The exhibition, which is organized by the Ministry of Interior in the UAE, is held at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC) from 15 to 17 March HE Major General Al Rumaithi met with a number of the exhibiting companies’ representatives and toured the exhibition’s different sections to examine the latest in security systems, equipment and techniques used in police and security work, notably law enforcement and crime prevention.

HE Major General Al Rumaithi praised the event’s high level of organization, the participating countries and the quality of systems and equipment displayed. He also stressed on the importance of organizing such conferences, which “represent an ideal opportunity for police and security bodies to get acquainted with the latest technologies used in this sector, and to meet international companies and institutions specialized in manufacturing security technologies and systems and related services,” he said.

HE Major General Al Rumaithi visited the national and Gulf pavilions that are participating in the exhibition and expressed his admiration for the cutting-edge technological systems exhibited. He also welcomed the participants in the activities and wished them the best of luck during their stay in the UAE.
