(“Orbia”) (BMV: ORBIA) announces the final results of the previously announced offer (the “Tender Offer”) to purchase for cash any and all of its outstanding US$750,000,000 principal amount of 4.875% Senior Notes due 2022 (CUSIP/ISIN: 59284BAB4; P57908AD0 / US59284BAB45; USP57908AD01) (the “Securities”).
