The owners of the recently launched Rossia Mall in Armenia have appointed TGM Consultants as Leasing Agents to support their retail leasing function. Located in the country’s capital of Yerevan, the first phase of the development was officially opened in the presence of Armenia’s President in March of 2016.

TGM Consultants enjoys a strong portfolio of contacts with brands in both the MENA & Caucasus regions as well as Europe and are now seeking to enhance Rossia Mall’s existing tenant base by bringing more internationally renowned brands and retailers to the development. With direct access to the metro, the Rossia Mall development is located in a prime city center position on Tigran Mets Avenue and is being extended further in order to accommodate international brands as well as a luxury hotel.
