Continuing to Follow the Path Laid down by “Zayed Al Khair”

H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler's Representative in the Western Region and President of the Emirates Red Crescent, praised hailed Lt. General HH Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, for receiving the “Lifetime Achievement Award 2015 by the Arab Thought Foundation.

HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed said that the award recognizes the purposeful efforts and initiatives of HH Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior in all fields; especially his social and humanitarian efforts, which are inspired by the generous and distinguished humanitarian work of the late  Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, May he rest in peace.

His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Ruler's Representative in the Western Region pointed that Lt. General HH Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan has followed in the footsteps of late “Zayed Al Khair” through his stances and personal interaction and material and moral support to those in need. His Highness is known for his social and humanitarian initiatives and his diligent efforts to protect the rights of all segments of society; especially children and people with special needs.

His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed pointed that the Ministry of Interior across its various departments, under the leadership of His Highness Sheikh Saif bin Zayed, has rushed to the help of disaster victims on numerous occasions. “We, at the Emirates Red Crescent, have witnessed first-hand the readiness of the Ministry of Interior’s staff members and their eagerness to provide help any time and under any circumstances, whenever help is needed,” he said.
