Under the patronage of Major General Mohammed Khalfan Matar Al Rumaithi, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Abu Dhabi Police, the General Directorate of Finance and Services at the Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters honored a number of distinguished staff members and strategic partners and suppliers, at the Police Departments Complex in Abu Dhabi.
Major General Maktoum Ali Al Shareefi, Acting Commander-in-Chief of Abu Dhabi Police, accompanied by Brigadier Dr. Saif Hamdan Al Ka’bi, Deputy Director General of Finance and Services, distributed certificates of appreciation and commemorative gifts to the strategic partners, suppliers, as well as to the distinguished staff members, including officers, non-commissioned officers, constables, and civilians.
Major General Al Shareefi stressed that the Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters dedicate special significant to strengthening relations with external partners, in a bid to achieve the strategic objectives of Abu Dhabi Police. He also noted that external partners play an instrumental role and contribute to promoting the Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters’ vision.
Major General Al Shareefi praised the outstanding staff. He said: “As per its strategy, the Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters is keen to honor staff members in recognition of their efforts to drive work forward. Such accolades highlight their make significant achievements in the quest to attain the objectives and implement the established plans to provide the best services to customers.”
The ceremony was attended by Major General Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of Police Operations at Abu Dhabi Police; Brigadier Mohammad bin Tahnoun Al Nahyan, Director General of Security and Ports Affairs; Brigadier Mubarak Al Muhairi, Director General of Guards and Special Tasks; Brigadier Saeed Saif Said Al Nuaimi, Deputy Director General of Finance and Services; along with department heads, deputy heads of departments, heads of sections, and a number of officers from the Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters.
In his speech delivered at the ceremony, Brigadier General Dr. Saif Hamdan Al Ka’bi said: “Excellence is a way of life and a national duty, thanks to the wise leadership directives. To this end, the Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters was keen to strengthen communication with partners in all fields, in order to find the appropriate work environment to allow staff members to provide the best services to customers, according to the latest scientific methods.”
Adding further, Brigadier Al Ka’bi said: “The General Directorate of Finance and Support Services has made significant achievements by providing the appropriate guidance and motivating employees to carry out their tasks and duties using modern scientific methods and concepts that take into account future development requirements. This approach aims to make further achievements, according to Abu Dhabi government vision 2030, through continuous training and rehabilitation, according to the best international practices, smart applications and technologies to ensure accurate, quick and timely completion of work processes.”
Brigadier Al Ka’bi pointed out that as per its strategy, the Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters is keen to honor outstanding suppliers who provide distinguished initiatives worthy of praise and appreciation. He emphasized the need to pursue this exceptional approach, in an effort to attain the Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters’ desired aspirations.
